Rules and Regulations:

• Medical Institutions or Centres from Arab countries nominated by recognized medical organizations/ individuals or groups shall be considered for the Award.
• Each organization or individual shall nominate a maximum of 3 institutions.
• Institutions or Centres with a proven track record and in the forefront of innovations in research, education and health services shall be considered.
• The Executive Office of the Award reserves the right to grant the award to more than one person in the appropriate category and also reserves the right to change or alter any conditions without stating any reasons.
• The nomination will not be accepted if it does not meet the all conditions
• The nomination file must contain the following:
  1. Institution/Centre name
  2. Nominating body
  3. Nomination letter: A letter from the Nominating body supporting the nomination. The letter shall state the detailed profile of the institution/Centre to include its background, services provided, important research work published and list of prominent individuals trained at the institution.
  4. Justification: Evidence showing that the nominated institution is outstanding and has significantly contributed to the medical development in the Arab World. Include all supporting evidence such as official and external reports.
  5. The Institution / Centre profile
  6. Awards & recognitions if any: Previous awards, honors, received by the nominated institute (Please state the name, nature, source, and date of each.
  7. High definition logo of the organization
  8. Photos related to the organization, and the department
  9. A write up: The Profile of the Institution/Centre should not be less than 1500 words and do not exceed 2000 words
• The winning institution's name(s) shall be announced in a Press conference to be held in Dubai and the Award shall be presented in an official ceremony also to be held in Dubai
• The winning institution's representative shall be provided with a return business class air ticket, accommodation and visa to attend the Award Presentation Ceremony.
• The Award shall consist of:
• A trophy in the winning institution's name.
  1. A certificate in the winning institution's name.
  2. A sum of AED four hundred fifty thousands (AED 450,000)
