H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid receives the heads of delegations of Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition DUPHAT2015 11 March 2015
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance, Chairman of Dubai Health Authority and the patron of Hamdan Medical award, received in Za'abeel Palace the heads of the participated delegations in the Dubai International Pharmaceutical and Technologies conference and exhibition «DUPHAT 2015» and the members of the scientific and organizing committees, led by Engineer Essa Al Maidoor Director General of the Dubai Health Authority and Dr. Ali Sayed, Director of the Pharmacy Department, DHA, and Chairman of the DUPHAT2015 conference and exhibition. 
 
The heads of the delegations presented to H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum an appreciation plaque in recognition of his efforts in supporting all of the health, educational and humanitarian fields, particularly the continuing medical education and scientific research.
 
The reception was held after concluding the 20th edition of the Dubai International Pharmaceutical and Technologies conference and exhibition «DUPHAT 2015», which was held over three consecutive days under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The conference included 120 scientific sessions and 25 workshops presented by 120 deans of colleges, university professors and heads of pharmaceutical associations, with the participation of 18 thousand visitors.
 
Mr. Abdullah bin Souqat, Executive Director of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences said that the award has participated in the exhibition of the Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference "DUPHAT 2015". “It comes within the award’s keenness on enhancing the channels of direct communication with those in charge of the medical sectors, in order to brief them about the award’s activities and scientific projects at the local, regional and global levels. The main goal of all these projects is to improve the health sector and strengthen pursue for excellence”, he added.
