Hamdan bin Rashid receives Delegation from the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences

Dubai-5th February 2020: H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, today received, in his palace in Zabeel, a delegation from the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences, headed by His Excellency Dr.Mohamed Ahmed Al-Jarallah, the President of the Organization, HE Abdullah Al-Issa, Member of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Ali Saif, Secretary-General of the Organization.
The meeting was attended by, His Excellency Mirza Al Sayegh, Director of the Office of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid, and Dr. Ahmed Al Hashemi Member of the Board of Trustees of the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum was briefed on the Organization's progress and future plans. The delegation also extended sincere thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Hamdan for his unlimited support for all the activities of the organization.
His Highness praised the leadership role played by the organization, where the organization contributed to a comprehensive medical renaissance serving the Arab and Islamic world in upgrading the scientific, professional and ethical level of institutions and individuals alike, which reflected on the medical services provided to the Muslim and non-Muslim individual without any discrimination.
It is worth mentioning that the Hamdan Medical Award is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences. It has two seats represented by: HE Mirza Al Sayegh, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Award, and Dr. Ahmed Al Hashimi.
