Under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Makotum Award for Medical Sciences, Dubai hosted the training course on Echocardiography from 10 till 12th of October. The course was organized by the “1,2,3 Sonography”, Austria, at Mohamed bin Rashid Academic Medical Center, Dubai Health Care City, with the participation of around 60 professionals from inside and outside the UAE.

 

Through the practical approach, the training course discussed many important topics such as how to employ the echocardiography in assessing the valvular heart diseases and the new surgical procedures, following up the prosthetic valves, and detecting the congenital heart diseases.
