The delegations participated in the 19th Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition, DUPHAT 2014, extended their thanks and appreciation to H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and U.A.E. Minister of Finance, for his continued support for the health sector, medicine, pharmacology and scientific research.

 

This came during the reception of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan to the heads of the participating delegations at the DUPHAT2014, which is held during the period from 10 till 12 of March 2014.

 

The delegates included Dr. Salah Al-Mazroua, Saudi Deputy Health Minister for Logistics and a number of academics, experts and heads of associations in pharmacy and medicine from the United States, Australia, Canada and Europe. The reception was attended by Engineer Eissa Al Maidour, Director General of Dubai Health Authority, Dr. Ali Sayed, Director of Pharmaceutical Services of DHA and the President of the Conference and Abdul Salam Al Madani, the Special Adviser to the International Federation of the hospitals in the Middle East and Chief Executive Officer of the DUPHAT.

 

It is worthy to mention that DUPHAT2014, which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, witnessed the participation of about 18,000 visitors and pharmacists from many countries all over the world.
