H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid receives the president of the International Tunneling & Underground and Space Association

At Zabeel Palace, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and President of Dubai Health Authority received a delegation from the International Tunneling and Underground Space Association (ITA) led by Engineer Soren Degn Eskesen the president of the association.
The reception was attended by Engineer Essa Al Maidoor, the Chairman of the UAE Society of Engineers and the Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority.
During the visit to H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid, Al Maidoor and Eskesen expressed their appreciation to H.H. continuous support to the engineering, health and education sectors locally and globally.
The reception was held on the sidelines of the 1st Arabian Tunneling Conference & Exhibition 2013 which is being held in Dubai (10 - 11 December 2013) under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and hosted by the UAE Society of Engineers and ITA.
The conference highlights the importance of sustainable tunnels in planning the infrastructure of future cities.
