H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and President of Dubai Health Authority witnessed the graduation ceremony for 480 holders of the bachelor, Higher Diploma and Masters of Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology and Applied Media, from the Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai, at the building of the college. 

Among the graduates were Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Saeed bin Rashid Bin Hamdan Al Maktoum, who received the graduation certificates from their father H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid, wishing them and the graduates all the best and success.

It is worth mentioning that the Higher Colleges of Technology is one the largest institutions of higher education in the UAE. It was established in 1988 to fulfill the requirements of the labor market and provide a new generation of well qualified Emiratis, well-trained on the latest world technology, in the light of the changing world we live in.
