February 8, 2017: H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the UAE Minister of Finance, the President of the Dubai Health Authority, and the Patron of Hamdan Medical Award, inaugurated the 21stedition of the UAE International Dental Conference and Arab Dental Exhibition (AEEDC Dubai) at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (7-9 February 2017).

 

Following the Opening, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan toured the exhibition area accompanied by H.E. Humaid AL Quitami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of Dubai Health Authority, Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, General Manager of INDEX Holding, a number of key officials, and specialists.

 

During his tour, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan was briefed on the latest medical devices, technologies, and treatments in the dental field. 

AEEDC Dubai, is the second largest dental conference & exhibition in the world. This year, the number of participating companies increased that has reached to 4,700 companies, representing more than 2000 global brands.

 

Beside its 16 specialized courses & workshops, AEEDC Dubai 2017 features a number of new scientific activities that are happening for the first time and it includes Emerging Speakers Session, Digital Dentistry Society Symposium, and Oral / Dental Hygiene Symposium.
