H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid honors the pioneers of Dubai Health Authority

In a ceremony held at the Zabeel Ladies club, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and President of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) honored a galaxy of former general managers of the DHA, consultants and employees who have worked in its various departments for more than 35 years.
Also, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan honored 30 employees from the authority; the graduates of the first batch of the "future health leaders" program, which is organized by the Dubai Health Authority in collaboration with the International Hospital Federation and INDEX Holding.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan praised the considerable efforts exerted by the pioneers of the DHA in developing the healthcare services in Dubai, and called for the new leaders in the DHA to work harder to improve the healthcare services in accordance with the latest global developments.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan talked about the successive developments in various medical specialties and the new generation of technology which increased the opportunities of success for critical operations and accelerated the healing process.
At the end of the ceremony, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan toured the accompanying exhibition of photography and painting which reviewed the developments in the medical sector in Dubai and the tools used in medicine from many decades.
