H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid witnesses the 4th graduation ceremony of the Canadian University of Dubai 28 April 2014
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance witnessed the fourth graduation ceremony of the Canadian University of Dubai held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
 
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan presented the undergraduate and graduate qualifications to 450 students wishing them all the best and success.
 
During the ceremony, Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum delivered the graduates speech on the occasion of receiving his masters degree in business administration from the university alongside with his brother Sheikh Saeed. He said: “I would like to thank members of faculty and administration for all the efforts they put in to develop the university to serve the students and for keeping the name of Canadian University of Dubai a symbol for us and for future generations”, Sheikh Rashid Bin Hamdan said.
 
“While we receive our graduation degree and reap the fruits of our toil and effort, we prepare ourselves for a new phase of our lives. We are at the beginning of a journey. We should always remember that success in life requires more effort, more excellence, non-stop seeking of knowledge and keeping up with modern trends”, he added.
 
The ceremony attended by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, Buti Saeed Al Ghandi, Chancellor of the Canadian University of Dubai, along with a number of top administrators, faculty members, dignitaries, educators and parents of graduates.
