H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid receives the Dubai World Cup from H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid 31 March 2014
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, delivered the 19th Dubai World Cup, won by the UAE, to H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, at Meydan Racecourse, Dubai.
 
On this occasion, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum congratulated the Arab nation and the Emirati people on such a success and said: Participating in the Dubai World Cup has become a dream for horse owners, riders and fans not only in the Middle East but all over the world.
 
“This year’s version of the championship has witnessed a strong competition among a galaxy of the best European and local horses particularly the Godolphin’s ones which received a significant training by skilled trainers, such as Saeed bin Serour who led the «African Story» to win the race”, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid said.
